As with all new things that are just released there is always room for improvement. The positives are being able to track my progress, alarms to remind me when to eat, excercises, and recipes at my fingertips.
I think it would be great if all the recipes in the book were also in the app. As it is a more strict diet in the beginning the pictures being a true representation of the food would be fantastic (especially for someone new to cooking). A grocery list feature would be AWESOME!
Thank you for an incredible diet plan that tastes good, is filling, and has given me a ton of energy. I just completed day 3 of phase 1 and cannot wait for phase 2!
